Do What’s Right

The love of Christ controls us because we have concluded this: that One has died for all, therefore all have died. 2 Corinthians 5:14

Do you have a wife? Unconditionally love her in your actions and words. Do you have a husband? Unconditionally respect him in your actions and words. Do you have children? Sacrifice to raise them well, making good Christian citizens. Do you have parents? Sacrifice to ensure they maintain the dignity and respect they deserve. Do you have a job? Work to the best of your abilities for the sake of the people you serve. Do you have an employer? Diligently do the work expected of you in thankfulness. Do you have employees? Treat them fairly and compensate them well for their work. Are you a student? Learn at the feet of your teachers and show your appreciation by employing what you have learned. Do nothing out of selfishness, but in all things, displaying the love of Christ, love!

Jesus, lead me to do what’s right. Amen.
