At the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, whether in heaven, or on earth, or under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:10, 11)
No longer will the question linger, who is Jesus. When He comes in all His glory and is seen by all, there will no longer be doubt. Jesus Christ most certainly is Lord of all. At the mere mention of His eminent name, due respect will be shown Him from every quadrant of creation!
We needn’t wait for that day to be certain, however. Our certainty comes from the Messiah whom death couldn’t contain. Jesus is the Living One. He is the Lord of all! In the bloody crucifixion, mournful entombment, and joyous resurrection, the glory of God the Father is revealed and we are made Christians! May your tongue confess today the Lord Jesus!
Lord Jesus, at your name and at your majesty I humbly bow. Be the Lord of my life. Amen.
